Lisa Kauffman is a Vice President in Mercury’s Tampa, Florida office.
Lisa specializes in public affairs management and strategic communications. She brings years of experience and relationships with the Florida Legislature and a deep understanding of Florida’s complex political media landscape. Most recently, Lisa served as press secretary for the Florida Senate Majority, where she worked closely with Senate leadership to craft messaging for priority policy and Florida’s $100 billion proposed budget.
Lisa has experience organizing large-scale press events, executing successful communications campaigns in high-risk environments, and serving as an on-record spokesperson. Lisa previously served as the press secretary for Adam Putnam’s gubernatorial race, where she conducted grassroots communications efforts in every corner of the state, organized rapid response efforts, and booked hundreds of national, state, and local interviews. She has also worked for the Florida House of Representatives and Orange County, Florida Government.
