Aaron Hanania is an Associate in Mercury’s Chicago office, where he provides support with strategic communication, social media management and digital storytelling.
With a proven ability to craft impactful messaging and manage high-visibility campaigns, Hanania has helped clients achieve remarkable results, including over 495 million views on social media through innovative content strategies.
Hanania earned a Master of Science in Communication with a specialization in strategic communication from Northwestern University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from Augustana College, where he minored in Creative Writing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), graduating Magna Cum Laude. During his time at Augustana, Hanania served on the college president’s advisory committee, contributing to sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing the campus’ environmental impact.
Hanania has experience spanning industries such as artificial intelligence startups, videography and event production. At Augustana College, he served as the Audio-Visual Team Director, leading a team of 30 while overseeing the production of high-profile campus events. In addition, Hanania is a licensed drone pilot with experience in producing videos and short films, combining technical proficiency with creative vision.
Hanania’s work has been recognized with the SWAX Award for the Most Wholesome Influencer, and he is a member of Lambda Pi Eta, communication honor society from Northwestern University, as well as a lifetime member of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society.
