Vince brings over 15 years of experience working on national, state, and local campaigns. Consistently recognized as one of PA’s top political strategists, he represents some of the nation’s most influential businesses and organizations on legislative and public relations matters.
Vincent Galko has over twenty-five years of experience working on national, state and local issues and campaigns, and is regarded as one of the top political and government affairs strategists in Pennsylvania. He is the former Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Republican Party and has worked for multiple United States Senators, Members of Congress, Pennsylvania Governors and served as Regional Administrator for the United States Department of Education. Politics Magazine named Vincent as one of the

“50 Most Influential Republicans in Pennsylvania”, PoliticsPA named him to their

“Top Ten Operatives” list, and City & State listed him as one of their “Top 50 Over 50”.

In addition to serving as a top political adviser, Vincent has represented some of the nation’s most influential businesses and organizations on legislative and public relations issues. These range from matters of health care and finance to transportation, infrastructure, and technology.

Vincent is appointed by the Governor and the Pennsylvania Senate to the Pennsylvania Commission for the United States Semiquincentennial to plan the celebration and events surrounding the 250th birthday of our nation. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Scranton Chamber of Commerce, the Northeastern Pennsylvania Economic Alliance, the University of Scranton’s Alumni Advisory Committee, the Nonprofit Community Assistance Center, and he is a former member of Scranton Preparatory School’s Board of Trustees. He is a past member on the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission and the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. He has served as a part-time faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government and currently teaches at Lackawanna College. He has been a guest lecturer at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He is a member of St. Eulalia’s Parrish where he is President of the Parish Council and serves as a religious education instructor and lector.

Vincent holds an M.G.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. from the University of Scranton, and a B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University. He and his wife, Megan reside in Northeastern Pennsylvania with their five children.
