Stephanie Noriea is a Managing Director with Mercury’s Nashville office where she brings more than fifteen years of diverse experience in corporate and political strategy, government relations, and complex litigation.

Stephanie arrives at Mercury after spending many years as an executive in healthcare start-ups, where she worked closely with CEOs to achieve strategic business and expansion goals. She has particular expertise in value-based care in Medicaid and Medicare, where she navigated working with health plans, health systems, state executive and legislative leaders, CMS, and CMMI on complicated reimbursement, regulatory, and innovative partnership structures. Stephanie has succeeded at obtaining critical regulatory changes to facilitate not only business objectives but advancing value-based care in Medicaid.

Prior to her work in healthcare, Stephanie spent several years advising oil and gas and energy sector clients through complex litigation and regulatory matters. More, Stephanie represented clients across various industries at the Louisiana State Capital and State Departments, as well as in successful responses to both state and local RFPs. This work was preceded by clerking for U.S. District Court Judge Jane Triche-Milazzo.

Stephanie launched her career in politics where she worked in Washington, D.C. for U.S. Senator David Vitter, and interned for U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander and the George W. Bush Administration.

Stephanie holds a B.A. from Rhodes College and a J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert School of Law. A proud native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Stephanie currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee where she proudly cheers on the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers from afar.
